Taking place this year over four themed weekends, August 29th through September 18, featuring FireFish’s signature theme-based art, performances, and installations, including the construction of the FireFish by Daniel McNamara, and the Fire Fish Finale by Schuyler White/Ohio Burn Unit.
A special live cabaret performance by Lorain natives Jaclyn Bradley and Melissa Driscol kicks off the 2021 FireFish Festival, leading us through a musical celebration of show tunes and Lorain culture.
The event will be at “The Bank,” 383 Broadway Ave at 5 pm. Immediately following the performance, the artists will meet and greet guests at a private reception.
Performance tickets can be purchased for $10. Reception tickets can be purchased for an additional $40 and include hors d’oeuvres and 2 drink tickets.

The annual ritual processional and “Burning of the Fish,” takes place this year on the west bank of the Black River, north of the Bascule Bridge — followed by an after-party featuring the Sammy DeLeon Band. Additional arts performances and installations, art vendors, and family-friendly activities available at the Bank Building and throughout downtown Lorain.
